soiir sttudios provides event planning and coordination services for corporate gatherings and celebrations. Our services include:
- Venue selection and coordination
- Vendor management
- Event design and styling
- On-site coordination
- Timeline development and management
3. Booking and Payment
Event bookings require:
- Initial consultation to discuss requirements
- Signed service agreement
- Deposit payment to secure date
- Balance payment according to agreed schedule
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on timing of cancellation and vendor commitments already made. Specific terms are outlined in your service agreement.
5. Liability
soiir sttudios provides coordination services and works with third-party vendors. While we exercise care in vendor selection, we are not liable for actions or omissions of third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Singapore.
